2. Subscription Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- No refunds will be provided for the remaining time in your current billing period
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of that cycle.
3. Refunds for Special Circumstances

Duplicate Charges

Service Unavailability

- Individual test or exam access fees

- Never expire and remain available in your account

- Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Will be applied before charging your payment method
7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Free Trial Periods
If you signed up through a free trial promotion:
- You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged
- If you cancel after the trial ends, standard refund policies apply
- Free trials are limited to one per user
Promotional Discounts
Subscriptions purchased at promotional or discounted rates are subject to the same refund policy as regular-priced subscriptions. Refunds will be based on the amount actually paid, not the regular price.
